Replacement policy:
1- The consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within the three days following the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to replace the product after the three days have passed.
2- In order to replace the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition, and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety, and the consumer must pay the shipping value if he wants to replace the product. In international exchange, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and product delivery to the shipping company.
Return policy:
1- The consumer has the right to return the product provided to him by the store within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to return the product after 24 hours have passed.
2- In order to return the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition, and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety, and the consumer bears paying the freight value if he wants to return the product. In international returns, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and product delivery to the shipping company until it reaches us.
The consumer is not entitled to exchange or return the product in the following cases:
1- If the product was manufactured or ordered from abroad at the consumer's request.
2- If the product has been opened and used or has been used.
3- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's improper possession.
